This runs once, on a new install. You’ll bring in the ward from LCR, find yourself on the list and become the first admin. You can invite everyone else afterward.

Setup reads your ward’s member lists from LCR prints you upload. The app never signs in to LCR.
The setup code keeps a stranger from claiming a fresh install. It’s printed in the app’s container log on your NAS.
